Here are some questions that we are frequently asked by our customers.

Why is Urban Parking Limited more expensive than most of the other meet and greet providers?

Our parking service is official and legitimate, theirs are not! For example: 95% of the other "companies" offer 8 days meet and greet parking between £40 and £54. It takes 2 staff approximately 1 hour to deal with 1 customer on both entry and return. If both are paid £6ph, that's £24 in wages. Then there are the overheads of advertising (at least £5 per booking), the rental of land (at least £10 per booking), driver insurance, telephone and office bills (another £5 per booking), VAT at 17.5%, corporation tax at 20%, plus other miscellaneous bills that legitimate companies like ours would have. If you do the math, it is impossible for these companies to function on the prices they charge without cutting at least 1 or 2 moral or monetary corners. If you use their services, you could either be left waiting at the terminal, your car could be parked in a road, a petrol station or a field, they probably won't be insured to drive your car, they definitely won't have any councils permission to store your car, and they won't be paying any taxes. It's your time, your holiday, your cars safety, is the lower price really worth the risk? Help us beat the rogue traders, don't use them!

Why should I choose Urban Parking Limited instead of parking my vehicle on-site at Gatwick?

People who park their vehicles on-site at Gatwick pay more, have to find the space themself, and are often forced to use a transfer service. This takes time, is inconvenient, and does not voluntarily assist with children, directions or luggage. What’s more, when you return, you will be forced to go through this ordeal, again!

Why should I choose Urban Parking Limited instead of parking my vehicle with another legitimate off-site provider?

Do you cater for disabled customers?

Yes we do. We are the perfect choice for customers with mobility issues.

Where is the car stored?

10-15 miles away at our parking compound in Littlehaven.

Will my vehicle be safe?

Completely safe! While our insurance covers "Road risk only" and the actual parking of your vehicle is parked at your own risk (this is standard for all meet and greet services), our security minimises that risk with high perimeter fences and 24 hour security patrols.

Will my vehicle be driven with care?

We drive all vehicles in our care with the utmost of consideration to that vehicle, and other road users alike. In addition, our representatives hold full UK driving licences and are insured to drive your vehicle.

What happens if Urban Parking Limited has an accident in my vehicle?

In such an unlikely event our insurance will cover the damages (see terms and conditions for details).
